There are 4 menu types that you can select when creating a menu:
To-go: Diners will pay based on dish price and pick up their order at your location.
Pop-up: Diners will pay per head count and they are expected to show up at the start time of the menu. You must specify price per seat and maximum seats available.
Delivery: Diners will get their food delivered to them. You must specify constraints like Maximum Order Amount, $/Minute of Driving, and Maximum Drive Time (in minutes).
Dine-in: Similar to To-go, but diners will eat in.
