Use the chat feature to talk to your diners or let the diner reach you
You can start chat messaging you guests when they make an order. You can see a button to start a chat when you click on your menu detail page.
Once you start a chat, all conversation will be kept for up to 14 days. You can revisit a chat by clicking on the chat button on the bottom of your mobile screen, or top right on desktop.
