Encountering a bug is frustrating for you and us. Here are the steps you can take to report the bug and get rewarded

How to Submit a Bug

Did you know you and your diners can get rewarded by reporting a bug? Your diners can report a bug by using the chat system. Find more info on the reward system below.

You may report a bug by using the chat system, Slack or send one of us a text message. But please include the following details.

  • What device did you or your diner use? (Desktop, Laptop, or iPhone 7)

  • What software did you or your diner use? (This could be an app or Chrome browser)

  • How do you reproduce that bug? (Be as specific as you can, so it will help us track down the bug)

Rewards

To get rewarded, you must follow the instruction in How to Submit a Bug. Depends on the bug, you may get between $1 - $25 going towards your next purchase.
