This section describes the steps needed to clear the browser cache
If you are on a desktop
Make sure to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. We do not support IE.
Open the browser, and click on the refresh button a few times to see if it solves the issue
If the issue still persists, click on Setting -> History -> Clear browser cache. Or you can go directly to chrome://history/ to click Clear Browser Cache
If you are on mobile (Safari)
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap Safari
Scroll down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm
Alternatively, deleting the app and reinstalling it’s another option
If you are on mobile (Chrome)
Open your browser
Tap the three-dot icon, found at the top right, to open a dropdown menu
