Clear Cache

This section describes the steps needed to clear the browser cache

If you are on a desktop

Make sure to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. We do not support IE.

  • Open the browser, and click on the refresh button a few times to see if it solves the issue

  • If the issue still persists, click on Setting -> History -> Clear browser cache. Or you can go directly to chrome://history/ to click Clear Browser Cache

If you are on mobile (Safari)

  • Open Settings

  • Scroll down and tap Safari

  • Scroll down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm

  • Alternatively, deleting the app and reinstalling it’s another option

If you are on mobile (Chrome)

  • Open your browser

  • Tap the three-dot icon, found at the top right, to open a dropdown menu

  • Tap History, then Clear browsing data
