Canceling an unwanted live menu/event.

You cannot cancel a menu/event when it is Live. Canceling an event will also refund all existing orders.

To cancel a menu/event, you must be in Cook Mode. Refer to Create a menu to see how to toggle between Cook Mode and Diner Mode.

Navigate to Menus and select the menu that you would like to edit.

Click on the Hamburger Icon that is on the menu that you would like to cancel. This should open a pop-up box.

Click on Manage. This should take you to a page where you can make changes to your event.

Click on the Cancel button to cancel your event. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.
